Cilj kolegija: Cilj kolegija je ukazati na seksualnost kao jednu od, biološki, kulturno i socijalno gledano, najvažnijih sastavnica ljudskog života, te razmatrati različite dimenzije seksualnosti i pojedine teme povezane s time, od seksualnosti u odnosu na život, tjelesnost i zdravlje, preko spolno-rodnih određenja i njihovih socijalno-kulturnih implikacija te različitih seksualnih orijentacija i seksualnih praksi, do ekonomsko-političkih aspekata seksualnosti. Iako će se problematika seksualnosti u seminaru obrađivati interdisciplinarno i pluriperspektivno, naglasak će biti na filozofijsko-etičkim artikulacijama pitanja i odgovarajućim stavovima. Cilj kolegija je, također, razvijanje sposobnosti kritičkog mišljenja i rasuđivanja te prezentacijskih vještina, a posebno vještine jasnog izražavanja ideja u vlastitim izlaganjima i dijalogu.

Opis kolegija:

Kroz uvodna predavanja nastavnika i prateće diskusije bit će razmatrane sljedeće teme:

• Seksualnost i etika: Sein & Sollen
• Život, tjelesnost, seksualnost: modusi i dimenzije bivanja
• Seksualnost: reprodukcija, užitak, kultura
• Spol i rod: biološke, antropološke, kulturne i socijalno-političke distinkcije te njihove implikacije
• Transseksualnost i transrodnost: iznimke i pravila

Kroz studentska seminarska izlaganja i prateće diskusije bit će razmatrane sljedeće teme:

• Filozofija spolne razlike i spolnosti: (a) Immanuel Kant, Arthur Schopenhauer; (b) Kršćanski pogledi; (c) Michel Foucault, Judith Butler
• Žene i njihova prava: (a) Carole Pateman, Silvia Federici; (b) Mary Wollstonecraft, John Stuart Mill
• Ljubav, veza, brak: (a) Immanuel Kant, G. W. F. Hegel, Michel Foucault; (b) Preljub, poliamorija, otvorene veze i pitanje moći
• Homoseksualnost: (a) Biologija i historija homoseksualnosti; (b) Etička pitanja o homoseksualnosti između prirodnosti i neprirodnosti, sklonosti i orijentacije, pojedinca i društva
• Seksualne perverzije: pojmovi, prakse, stavovi
• Odnos subjekt–objekt u sferi seksualnosti: (a) Filozofija D. A. F. de Sadea; (b) Prostitucija; (c) Pornografija; (d) Pedofilija, zoofilija, nekrofilija
• Incest: biologijski, etički i socijalni (kontra)argumenti
• Tehnologija i seks: kompjutori, roboti, ljudi i seksualnost

Literatura:

S obzirom na teme pojedinih seminarskih izlaganja i diskusija, kao i s obzirom na izabrane teme pisanih seminarskih radova, nastavnik će studente/studentice pravovremeno uputiti na relevantne odlomke iz navedenih djela.
